We insist on the very best
We have around 1,000 direct employees, the majority of which directly deliver around 70% of our services. To support this, we spend around £80m annually with our supply chain - and this is growing – which means that our growth and success is hugely dependent upon having the right calibre of support from our supply chain.
We refuse, however, to compromise on our high quality standards and insist that all our supply chain partners demonstrate our company ethos that Every Home Matters.
Potential supply chain partners can expect to be put through a rigorous quality control process to ensure that they are suitably accredited, equipped, capable and motivated to support and join us on our journey.
Who are we looking for?
We have a continuous demand for all trades that can support our Repairs & Maintenance, Capital Works and Retrofit workstreams.

Testimonials
Previous
Having worked with Fortem for over 8 years, we feel what makes Fortem unique is their focus on developing a partnered relationship with their subcontractors and truly making us feel like an extension of their business and values
In all aspects of the project, Fortem looked to achieve multiple outcomes from works to reduce resident bills, improve thermal comfort, and drastically reduce the likelihood of damp and mould.
From challenges in design to challenges with site construction to challenges with data and certification their professional “can do” approach has meant that all hurdles have been overcome.
The communication from commercial, contracts to site level from start to finish of any operation is key to delivering a project on time and to budget, something that is in abundance within the Fortem team.
