Responsive repairs, voids, electrical testing and inspections, and capital works (including kitchen and bathroom replacements, roofing and internal wall insultation), including the out-of-hours call centre. The contract includes over 17,500 properties covering a large geographical area, with the main clusters of properties in Stratford upon Avon, Coventry, Warwick and Rugby.

Greatwell Homes

Major energy efficiency improvements to 66 homes in Wellingborough, Northamptonshire. The programme includes external wall insulation and roof insulation to improve the fabric of the properties and reduce heat loss, resulting in higher efficiency and lower carbon emissions in the properties. Works secured through £664,000 of SHDF funding.
