The 24/7/365 call centre allows our customers and clients to raise general queries at any time. They can also make an appointment and report any defects, with the ability to arrange longer term operational and maintenance provisions, including aftercare support.

Fortem have partnered with Sanctuary Group to deliver an ambitious carbon reduction and net zero programme, transforming the energy efficiency of 734 properties in Sheffield, including external wall insulation (EWI), solar PV, low energy lighting and loft insulation.
