Fortem have been accredited as an Investors in People at the Gold award level

Following Fortem’s recent Investors in People assessment, it is confirmed they have been accredited as an Investors in People at the Higher Standard Gold award level.

The accreditation process was rigorous assessing across nine people indicators using three different types of assessment. Fortem took part in online surveys – submitting 768 documents, a Board level context meeting and individual employee interviews.
