EN:Procure is the procurement arm of regional social housing consortium Efficiency North. It’s named its partners for the £240m housing upkeep framework, and Fortem is one of them. EN:Procure has over 30 client social housing landlords on its books across Yorkshire and Humber and has set up the multi-trade framework to meet all housing renovation and maintenance needs.
The new framework has been divided into 17 Lots and Fortem have won a place on lot 16 Whole House Internal and External Installation Works more than £1m. The framework runs for four years and will give Fortem the opportunity to bid for any further call off contracts for programmes. The scope of works will include kitchens, bathrooms, heating, electrical rewires, doors windows and roofing.
The framework will give Fortem the opportunity to win more work in the North of England.
