Fortem has been appointed to a major new framework for the provision of repairs and maintenance services to property owners in England, Scotland and Wales.
Commencing this month, procurement organisation Fusion 21’s Reactive Repairs and Maintenance Framework will enable its 500 members to award contracts for responsive repairs, void refurbishment, capital maintenance and call centre services, directly to selected providers.
Fortem has been successful in all three lots within the national framework, meaning it will be providing reactive repairs and maintenance contracts worth more than £1 million, as well as smaller contracts worth under £1m, and call centre services.
Fusion 21’s members own properties across the residential, education and health sectors, local and central government.
Mick Williamson, managing director of Fortem, said: “As experts in repairs and maintenance services across social housing, education, health and blue light services, we very much look forward to working with Fusion21’s members throughout the four years of this framework.”
