Fortem are partnering with supply chain and procurement service provider Constructionline, in order to expand and grow its sub-contractor base in Northern Ireland.
Servicing over 165,000 homes per year across England and Wales, Fortem will be attending the Premier Business Centre in Belfast on both the 19th and 20th October in a quest to meet Small and Medium Enterprise suppliers to strengthen their supply chain. This will allow them to meet and develop relationships with SME sub-contractors while discussing opportunities for work directly with them. Fortem is committed to building strong relationships with local supply chains across Northern Ireland and are anticipating the value of works to be up to £1.5 billion over the next 10 years, with the investment programme commencing April 2019.
Mick Williamson, Managing Director at Fortem said, “We’re thrilled that we are expanding our business across the Irish Sea and approaching a whole new skills landscape. With a wealth of knowledge and experience, we intend to support and develop local supply chains in Northern Ireland with a view to closely working together on upcoming opportunities.”
The event will take place from 10:00am to 5:00pm on Thursday 19th and from 9:00am to 4:00pm on Friday 20th at Premier Business Centre, 20 Adelaide Street, Belfast, BT2 8GD and is open to both members and non-members. For more information on how to register for the event please click here.
