The Trigate offices just outside Birmingham are to be the new Midlands' hub for property solutions provider, Fortem.
4000 sq ft will be home to 40 staff, supporting Fortem's client Birmingham City Council as well as a wider network of 1000 employees and trades people carrying out contracts across the UK.
Fortem's team in Birmingham carry out repairs, maintenance, gas servicing and home improvements across over 23,000 homes in 10 areas of the city.
The new office offers the benefit of being located close to the city centre and within easy access of main arterial routes and motorway networks, positioned on the Birmingham New Road intersection of the A458 Hagley Road.
Lisa Layne, general manager for Fortem said: "Trigate is a landmark building everyone references due to its striking façade and is a fitting location to manage the next stage of growth for the company."
"The offices are a big step up from our previous space and offer a Midlands base for the team which has a significant business presence in the region servicing mainly public sector contracts."
Trigate is just minutes away from both junction 2 and 3 on the M5, quickly accessing the M6 and M42, connecting Fortem to its head office in Hitchin, Hertfordshire and its other offices in Rotherham and Stockport.
JLL and Johnson Fellows act as joint agents on Trigate.
