Fortem have been chosen to deliver repairs services for Nottingham Community Housing Association (NCHA) in a new 10-year partnership.
The new repairs service officially commences on 1 October 2022 however NCHA will be booking in appointments with the Fortem team from 15 September onwards. Customers will still contact NCHA to report repairs in the normal way but in the coming weeks they will also be able to book their own appointments online.
Fortem look forward to working with NCHA and their communities, improving services and delivering added value.
