Since 2022, we have proudly partnered with Amplius to deliver a right-first-time repairs and maintenance service with minimal disruption to residents. Our customer-focused approach ensures that every step of our service is delivered with care and efficiency. Together, we manage repairs and maintenance for over 7,700 homes annually, providing essential services that improve living conditions for thousands of households.

Our commitment to high-quality service delivery is evident in our repairs and maintenance impact over the past year. We successfully completed 29,017 total repairs, including 4,498 emergency repairs, ensuring swift responses even during out-of-hours situations. Our comprehensive services covered routine maintenance, major repairs, and damp and mould remediation, ensuring homes remain safe and habitable. Additionally, we refurbished and reallocated 278 void properties, providing much-needed housing solutions for new residents.
