We were chosen via the Efficiency East Midlands (EEM) framework to deliver this pilot scheme to refurbish 9 police stations across Derbyshire, including the police headquarters.
Key Successes
- This was our first win on the Efficiency East Midlands Property Improvements Framework, and our first win as Fortem.
- We won this contract against one of our main competitors who are local to Derbyshire.
- This was a collaborative bid with support from our frameworks team, H&S team and both of our central bid teams.
Works include:
Works began in February 2017 and included the refurbishment of welfare facilities in kitchen / dining areas and shower / toilet areas. Some roofing works also took place where required.
