Repairs & Maintenance
Appointment Scheduling: Appointment availability is linked to our area-based delivery model to mitigate the large geographic spread of properties. Our system pushes the most efficient appointment slots based on real-time availability to our call takers based on when we will have operatives in the area, thereby reducing travel times.
Capital Works
Through our Totalmobile Connect platform, we can provide timestamped data throughout all stages of programmes, including work through subcontractors, creating a transparent view of a project.
